EXHIBITION SERVICES MANUAL

Exhibitors will receive a complete Services Manual once their participation has been confirmed. The manual will detail all the information about the services, build-up, break-down times etc.  This manual also allows participants to order extras they may deem essential for the successful design of their stand. The manual will be sent to exhibitors electronically (e-mail) and it is essential that it is completed and returned by the due date to ensure receipt of services ordered. Please read through this manual carefully as the success of your stand could depend on it.

Once exhibitors have recieved their manual, it must completed and returned to us not later than (date to follow)

Official Contractors

In the overall interests of efficiency, the Organisers have, in certain cases, appointed official contractors. Where designated, the exhibitors and their contractors are obliged to use the services of such appointees. Check the Service Manual for details.
