Delegate FAQ’s:
Which meals are included in the conference price?
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during the conference. The registration price includes lunch on both days.
Dietary Requirements:
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements before the start of the conference.
Does the conference fee include my accommodation?
No, you will need to organise your own accommodation for the conference. We would recommend staying at the hotel within walking distance.
How can I get to the venue?
A map as well as details regarding the venue can be found under the venue button on left hand side of this page.
Will you provide a letter of invitation for my visa application?
After registering and paying in full, we will supply you with a letter of invitation to include with your visa application. However, we do not take responsibility for arranging your visa or if the embassy rejects your application.
How can I pay?
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards for both online and offline payments. Alternatively, you can ask to be invoiced for payment, we will then reserve your place and send an invoice which requires
When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
When is the last opportunity to register for the conference?
You can register a day before the conference, should you wish to register on the day please note only credit card payments will be accepted.
What if I miss the conference?
If you paid for the conference, we will send you all material that has been provided and prepared for the event.
Will I receive a refund if I have already paid my delegate fee in full?
If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing no later than 15 days prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less a 25% service charge. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 15 days prior to the conference date. Fair Consultants reserves the right to cancel any conference for any reason and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred by attendees. No liability is assumed by Fair Consultants for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.
If I am unable to attend the conference, will I be able to send a substitute in my place?
Yes, you must notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to send a substitute participant. Delegates may not “share” a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorization.
When do I need to register by on the day of the conference?
It is recommended that you arrive 30 min before the start of the conference to register. You will then receive your documentation and badge.
When should I expect to receive the conference materials/documentation?
Conference participants will receive a comprehensive set of conference materials prepared by the speakers after the conference, either by direct download from this website or on a CD.
What is the expected dress code?
The dress code at all our events is business/casual. Rooms may be air conditioned and bringing a jacket you can wear is advised.
I am only able to attend a portion of the full conference will I be able to send a substitute in my place?
